You might have noticed that I haven’t been posting as much as I usually do on the Revival Lifestyle Blog. Well, let me tell you there has been a reason for this. After graduating from Bethel School of Ministry in Redding, California last month and telling bitter-sweet good-byes to my dear American friends, I packed up and moved back to Germany (I wish the whole process was as easy as this sentence makes it sound). “What am I going to do now?” probably is the number 1 questions on every graduate’s mind. I’m thankful for a lot of promising options I’ve been presented with in the last couple of months, but as you probably know…
… sometimes the hardest choices are not the ones between good and bad, but between great and awesome.

Although I’m still doing some speaking at churches and street ministry, I felt strongly like in this season the Lord wanted me to (amongst other things) focus on growing in my skills as artist and experiment with new creative forms to communicate His message. So that’s exactly what I’ve been doing the last couple of weeks and here’s part of the result:
2 New Prophetic Paintings and my New Website!
I have always been a “visual learner”. In fact studies have shown that people have a 90% higher chance to remember information, if it was linked to some form of visual content. It seems to be true what they say about pictures:
“A picture speaks more than a thousand words.”
What this means for the Revival Lifestyle Community is that *drumroll* in future you’ll see a lot more visual content coming from me in the form of paintings and videos *enthusiastic applause and screaming*! To be able to better showcase my prophetic art work, I‘ve decided to set up a new website for it. On this site I’ll also be writing about the prophetic meaning and practical creative process behind each of my paintings. What? You like that idea? I’m SO glad to hear that, since it was a load of work!
I’ll also be posting a more condensed version of every new painting’s meaning here on the Revival Lifestyle Blog, but everyone who wants to read about all the detail background info will have to go over to the new website. Sound good? Then let’s get started with the first Preview of
“Fly Away”
I called this painting “Fly Away“. It’s heavily based on Isaiah 40:31, which carries a profound promise:
“Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
When I thought of the best way to display this powerful spiritual reality I couldn’t help but think of the lightness of a female dancer. The Lord showed me a dancer equipped with fiery wings dancing on top of the impossible (here displayed as the water). “Whisper of His Gentle Blowing”
As you might have already guessed by the title, this next painting is based on 1. Kings 19:11-12 where it talks about God not being in the mighty thunder and earthquake, but in the “gentle blowing” (V12 NASB). One day God told me:
Worship is enjoying God… ow.ly/c9s9B

This sentence changed my life forever. Since then I’ve learned to simply enjoy His presence almost every moment of the day and feel Him around me like a warm summer breeze. Capturing this moment of experiencing God is exactly what I attempted with this painting. Again you can read more about it on my new website by clicking on the image to the left.
Prints are Now Available!
Due to many requests I decided to make these paintingsavailable for purchase, so if you’ve always wanted to support me you can do so now and get something pretty awesome in Return!
I pray Holy Spirit will use these paintings to encourage and inspire you! All right now it’s your turn! You know how much I love to hear your opinion, so tell me:
Do you like the paintings and the new website? Then please leave a comment on over on the other blog and don’t forget to hit the “like” button or send this post to a friend you know will be encouraged by it.
